At Haughty Broderie, each item is made to order, which means we do not keep stock and every product is created specifically for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color expectations differing slightly from screen display
Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- Include your order number
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with your local carrier and neighbors first
- If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
